This case refers to a 49-year-old woman with multiple myeloma. Past medical history included polycythemia, thrombocytosis, chronically low blood pressure, neuropathy and upper extremity deep vein thrombosis. Concomitant medications included warfarin, cortisone, codeine, paracetamol/oxycodone hydrochloride, morphine, gabapentin, lorazepam and hydroxyurea.

20 ( 6 females & 14 males ) healthy Chinese subject aged 26-35 was randomly separated into treatment & control groups. Test product ( vehicle + 0.1% Hesperidine ) or vehicle product was applied to the finger of each subject. The micro circulation was measured at 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, and 30 minutes after application by using Laser Doppler Flowmater (BIOPAC SYSTEM, USA) & Capillaroscopy (Wuxi, China). Measurements were made in standard conditions with respect to posture and premeasurement equilibration time (30 min) at a constant room temperature (23–25°C).

XX contains no antimicrobial preservative. When reconstituted as directed, VELCADE may be stored at 25ºC (77ºF). Reconstituted VELCADE should be administered within 8 hours of preparation. The reconstituted material may be stored for up to 8 hours in the original vial or in a syringe. The total storage time for the reconstituted material must not exceed 8 hours when exposed to normal indoor lighting.
