本规范所称化妆品标签标识是指粘贴、连接或印刷在化妆品销售包装上，以及置于销售包装内的文字、数字、符号、图案、音像和其他材料。标签中未被覆盖的外文内容应符合本规范规定。

译文（英文）：
For purposes of this Regulation, the term Labels and Marks for Cosmetics refers to word, numeral, symbol, design, image and other materials which are pasted to, affixed to or printed on the package, or placed inside the package. The content of foreign languages which are not covered by labels shall conform to the provisions of this Regulation.
