The patient is an old woman,who had no specific medical history, fell in ill without obvious inducing factors. Symptoms were characterized as: dizzy, activity weakness in left limb, no symptoms of headache, nauseated and vomiting; no sensation of spinning; no limbs convulsion and no conscious disturbance. Neurological check: conscious mind，fluent in speaking, no nystagmus but left hemianopsia was observed. Coordinate movement was normal; the pupils were equal in size and round and sensitive to light. No gaze in eyeballs, shallow lines on the left side of the face, midline protrusion of the tongue, muscle force of left upper and lower limbs were near to level 5 and that in right upper and lower limbs were level 5, no obvious sensory disability was found and left Puseep was (+). Auscultation of heart and lung was normal; cranial CT scans indicated multiple cerebral infarction.
