抑癌基因指正常细胞内存在的,能抑制细胞转化和肿瘤发生的一类基因群,当它们受到各种因子的作用失活后,细胞的生长分化失控,增加了细胞恶性转化的可能性。目前已分离克隆的抑癌基因有Rb、p53、p16、p33ING1、nm23、TIMP、KAI1、APH、MCC、APC、DCC、BRCA1等,最近被认为候选抑癌基因的有FHIT、PTEN/MMAC1/TEP1等。

The tumor suppressor gene refers to a gene group existing in the normal cells that can inhibit the cell transformation and tumor generation. When they are inactivated by all kinds of factors, the cell`s growth and differentiation will be out of control that may increase the possibility of malignant transformation of the cells. The tumor suppressor genes that have been isolated and cloned include: Rb、p53、p16、p33ING1、nm23、TIMP、KAI1、APH、MCC、APC、DCC、BRCA1 etc. while the candidate genes include FHIT、PTEN/MMAC1/TEP1. |
